Tendering method: NCB/QCBS (Simplified) National Fund for Environment ‘FONERWA’, hereby invites interested companies to submit their bids for Maintaining FONERWA website and Online Application Tools. The competition is equally open to all companies specialized in the field. The tender comprises one lot. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the online e-procurement system (www.Umucyo.gov.rw). Enqu… regarding this tender may be addressed to the National Fund for Environment through the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). The cost of the bid is 7,000 Rwandan Francs paid through non-fiscal accounts of Rwanda Revenue Authority in any Rwandan Commercial Banks of your choice All proposals will be submitted online using the e-procurement system not later than 15/02/2021 at 09:00 AM local time. Bids will be opened the same date at 09:30 AM local time automatically by the system. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
