Maintenance And Repair Services For 03 Elevators In A Framework Contract: (Deadline 25 February 2021)

SOURCE OF FINANCING: ORDINARY BUDGET The Government of Rwanda through Rwanda Development Board allocated funds for maintenance and repair services for 03 elevators in a framework contract, exercise 2017-2018. Rwanda Development Boards invites all companies interested and capable to execute the above mentioned tender to submit their bids. The tender is distributed in only One (1) lot indivisible described as follows: MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR 02 ELEVATORS IN A FRAMEWORK CONTRACT The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. However, for submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay non-refundable fee worth ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs deposited to the account number of Rwanda Revenue authority, opened at any commercial bank.
All bids accompanied by a bid security of one million (1,000,000Rwf) and will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 25/02/2021 at 10:00 local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 10:30, local time.
The site visit will be conducted on the date of 10/02/2021 at RDB headquarter, procurement office, 4th floor. Departure is fixed at 9:00 AM local time. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above-mentioned.
All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system not later than Seven days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids
