It was established to produce quality and high-value Banana based products for local and export markets.
Rwamagana Banana Wine CPC Company Ltd is looking for competent, dynamic, and self-motivated Rwandan national to fill the following position:
MANAGING DIRECTOR one (1) position
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Reporting to Board of directors, Providing market insights and strategic advice.
- Coordination and business plan implementation to improve cost efficiency.
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders and authorities.
- Overseeing the company’s business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
- Assessing, managing and solving problematic developments and situations.
- Building and enhancing the company’s public profile at events, speaking engagements.
- Administration and capacity building.
Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business administration, economics, marketing and other related fields.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience in managerial activities or in similar roles.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
