Job Role & Summary
We are looking for a Highly qualified, motivated, experienced and initiatives Managing Director to join our organization. The Managing Director should have experience in primary and secondary schools’ administration and leadership.
He/she should have required skills for rapidly growing NGOs, strong organizational and networking skills, and experience in fundraising outside the country.
Duties and responsibilities
- To manage all aspects of the foundation (TJF) which includes the existing government school, and the ongoing development of the new high school project
- To raise funds from around the world
- To initiate new projects liaise with relevant department at national government and local administration levels.
- To oversee day-to-day operations.
- To accomplish departments objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating departments activities.
- To maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- To develop personal growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Education or similar relevant field
- Proficient English speaker
- Have been travelling outside Africa
