World Vision Rwanda is a Christian Relief and Development Organization working to promote the well-being of children. World Vision Rwanda has staff and assets all over the country. WVR invites tenders for the provision of General Insurance Services for a period of one (1) year as from 27th October 2020 – 26th October 2021 (Renewable), for its staff and motor vehicles.
Eligible insurance companies are invited to apply for the tenders for general insurance for the under mentioned insurance covers:
- Motor vehicles insurance
- Group Medical insurance

Companies interested must send an email requesting the terms of reference containing all details to vincent_gashongore@wvi.org, or immaculee_giraso@wvi.org
Well printed Proposals written in English, properly bound (technical proposals in one envelope and financial proposals in another envelope) and presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy in sealed envelopes must be deposited at World Vision tender box at the Head Office latest on 11/09/2020 at 10:00 am. The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements and communication of the opening results will be shared through e-mails to the bidders.
