Job description

1. Development of Cultural Tourism Business Growth Strategy
 Propose the Cultural tourism business development strategy,
 Review the Cultural tourism business development strategy.

2. Implementation and management of the cultural tourism business development strategy
 Disseminate and make known the content of Cultural tourism business development strategy to users and stakeholders;
 Elaborate business plans of Cultural tourism;
 Create effective systems for data management (statistics, revenues, sales, etc.)
 Elaborate action plans based on the Cultural tourism business plans;
 Implement and monitor the annual action plan;
 Evaluate and report on the implementation of annual action plan;
 Put in place measures to address challenges encountered in strategy and business plan implementation;
 Work closely with marketing and communication staff to ensure all opportunities are maximized with product partners and through marketing initiatives.

3. Identification of cultural tourism business opportunities in both tangible and intangible cultural heritage and develop them into cultural tourism products
 Identify and propose new opportunities, projects and products;
 Develop new Cultural tourism products;
 Propose appropriate product marketing strategies and orientations;
 Brief and train the institution’s staff on all opportunities and new products;
 Coordinate Cultural tourism revenue generating products;
 Assess and provide response to the feedback and suggestions from Cultural tourism audience;
 Analyse and measure return on investment in all revenue generating products;
 Collect and produce final reports on statistics, revenue generated and new products developed.

4. Mobilization of resources for cultural tourism business development
 Identify new potential income streams and produce strategies to access the funds;
 Lead and develop existing and new fundraising policies and procedures;
 Organize Cultural tourism business development fundraising events;
 Lead the implementation of the Cultural tourism business sustainability strategy to achieve future financial independence and update the strategy as needed;
 Report on fundraising, grant and gift management.
