500 Global, a global venture capital firm and accelerator program leader, will host its Bootcamp for Accelerator Managers (BAM) in Nairobi, Kenya, from October 13 to 17, 2025. This intensive, five-day in-person program is designed to strengthen the capabilities of accelerators and incubators across Africa. By drawing on over 15 years of global experience and 190+ accelerator cohorts, BAM offers curated strategies, operational insights, and tested frameworks to elevate how accelerators support startups and scale impact.
This cohort-based bootcamp will bring together a diverse group of accelerator leaders from across the continent for hands-on learning, strategic guidance, and peer collaboration.
Who Should Apply
BAM Nairobi 2025 is tailored for individuals and organizations that meet the following criteria:
- Operate Accelerators in Africa: Applicants should be currently managing accelerator or incubation programs either based in Africa or serving African startups.
- Commit to Full Participation: Participants must be available to attend all five days of in-person programming in Nairobi.
- English Proficiency: Since the bootcamp will be conducted in English, participants must have strong written and spoken communication skills.
Ideal participants include program managers, accelerator directors, ecosystem builders, and innovation hub leaders looking to refine their program models, measure outcomes, and improve founder support systems.
