Description of the Assignment:
UNCDF is seeking an Application Development and Support Consultant with demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of applications (i.e. tablet-based, smartphone-based), and dashboard design and development for the monitoring and evaluation of applications. The Consultant will be tasked with the review of UNCDF’s existing content which includes activities and videos that were created as part of the original Lenga application development, creating a work plan for content update, testing and launch, and providing updates and technical assistance to improve the application and ensure that needed data is collected and that the application is optimized.
Period of assignment/services:
This contract is expected to begin in December 2025 and extend through March 2026, a period of approximately ten weeks, with a maximum of twenty (20) working days during that period. However, the exact final duration of assignment will be discussed and agreed with the selected consultant.
