Eligibility Criteria

Open to researchers worldwide (except Russia): Applications are welcome from international researchers globally, except those from Russia.
All disciplines eligible: Researchers from all academic fields are encouraged to apply.
Doctoral degree required: Applicants must hold a doctoral degree.
Research plan required: A research plan aligned with the program’s goals is a mandatory part of the application.
No age restrictions: There are no age limits for applicants.
Employment at a foreign institution (with exception): Candidates must be employed at a foreign university or research centre. However, this requirement is waived for those who obtained their doctorate after August 31, 2024.

Identify a Host Institution: Secure an invitation from a Polish higher education or research institution willing to host your proposed project.
Prepare Required Documents:
- A scientific resume detailing your academic background and achievements.
- A scan of your doctoral diploma or a certificate confirming the attainment of your doctoral degree. If the original document is in a language other than English or Polish, provide an officially certified translation into English.
- PDF copies of at least three significant scientific achievements. For publications, attach the full text.
- An invitation letter from the host institution, dated no earlier than the announcement of the call, confirming their willingness to host you for the proposed period and detailing the person responsible for coordinating your activities during the visit.

- Complete the application form in English, ensuring all required fields are accurately filled.
