NOTICE OF CALL FOR TENDER
The PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE collective informs interested and competent bidders of the launch of a call for tenders for Vehicle Maintenance, Upkeep and Repair Services.
The Call for Tenders Documents can be obtained during working days (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) at the office of the PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE collective located in Gahanga, near the office of the Gahanga sector/Kicukiro district, upon presentation of a payment slip for a non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Frw) paid into account N O 1002190104949201 of PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE opened in ACCESS Bank.
The well-typed offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes and presented in two copies, one of which must be the original, to the secretariat of the PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE collective at the address mentioned above no later than Monday, October 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., local time .
The opening of the tenders will take place in the presence of the bidders or their representatives wishing to attend in the meeting room of the PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE collective on the same day at 10:30 a.m. local time, in public session.
The title of the contract must be clearly stated on the outer envelope.
