
Performance Management & Business Analyst at Access Bank Rwanda: (Deadline Ongoing)
The Performance Management & Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing the bank’s performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic insights that support key decision-making processes across the organization. The incumbent will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals and improve overall operational effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and metrics that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the business processes, ensuring that performance metrics align with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate discussions with departments to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, proposing actionable solutions.
- Conduct market analysis and research to benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.
- Provide training and support for teams on performance management tools and techniques.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of business plans and operational strategies.
Requirements
Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA, PMP) will be an advantage.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve business problems.
- Proficiency in performance management methodologies and reporting practices.
