Product Management Fellow at Wastezon: (Deadline Ongoing)
At Wastezon, we are redefining the future of urban mining by innovating the reverse supply chain of
secondary raw materials, By leveraging our innovative material traceability technology. Wastezon is
expanding to electronics reuse, repair and remanufacture markets in addition to the recycling market we
have been operating for the last two years. With the soon-to-be launch of Wastezon 2.0, we are excited to
provide additional 3 circular services that catalyse our mission of leveraging technology to create a
waste-free world. So far over 500 tons of e-waste have been transacted on the Wastezon app, diverting
an equivalent amount of over 3100 tons of carbon emissions. For more information on Wastezon, check

We are searching for a Product Management Fellow to bridge the gap between infrastructure
development teams and business executives. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and
work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision
and strategy.
What you will do:
● Exploring and refining the customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps and
generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
● Creating a product vision and roadmap alongside product managers and other stakeholders.
● Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
● Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
● Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
● Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting-edge
technologies.
What we are looking for:
● A burning passion for product management.
● Proven technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software
development and web technologies.
● Problem-solving and prioritization skills.
● Familiarity with Cross-Team functionality and Team collaboration.
● Proficient in working in an Agile Software Development environment
● A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
