JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Rutsiro Honey Ltd is a company that produces diversified honey products for the local and international market and offer capacity development programs for beekeepers.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Masters in Food Science and technology, Industrial science, Biotechnology with proven practical experience of three years or having a bachelor’s degree with proven experience of three years in the same responsibilities,
Key technical skills and knowledge required:
- Strong command of written and spoken English,
- High analytical capacities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of drafting and reviewing policy papers
- Knowledge of Rwanda’s public-sector policies and strategies,
- Extensive understanding of national, regional and international context of industrial research and development agenda,
- Ability to manage cross functional team,
- Strong negotiation skills,
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong command of Microsoft office Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Outlook
The candidate must be able to start immediately to work
