Production Manager at Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Developement Board (RAB): (Deadline 25 September 2025)

– To fulfil with diligence and fidelity the responsibilities or missions in conformity with his responsibilities, according to the specific tasks detailed below; – To bring all care and aptitude to the good utilization of all resources, documents, materials and equipment given to him to carry out his duties; – To keep full confidentiality of all information related to his work during and after the period of this agreement. – To assist the centre in forward planning of the production – Participate in decision making discussions for the management of the centre – To participate in budgeting and maintaining production financial records – To assist the centre in organising sales and purchases of inputs and farm equipments – To ensure handling paperwork and keeping production records – To participate in recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers and managers – To make sure that production plans are implemented satisfactorily – To support the centre to ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety standards – To support the centre in resource mobilization and administrative requirement from different Partners/stakeholders – Identify, advise and ensure knowledge and skills transfer to farmers, extension agents and other stakeholders on modern production technologies and practices in horticulture;
