For Spring 2026, it’s focused on Governance & Society for mid-career professionals from South and Central Asia.

PFP covers comprehensive support including:

A Reciprocal Global Exchange
- Outbound Fellows from countries like India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka are hosted in the U.S., gaining professional exposure.
- In return, American fellows visit partner countries to extend cooperation through shared projects.
Who Should Apply?
- Mid-career professionals aged 25–40
- At least two years of experience in:
- Governance, policy, public administration
- Journalism, civic engagement, innovation
- Must demonstrate leadership potential, strong English proficiency, and a commitment to cross-cultural exchange and implementing a follow-on project after returning home
