Purpose
A Professional in charge of Digital Transformation and Strategic Planning will perform selected IT operational and technical roles of a highly complex nature either on an occasional or permanent basis
Key duties and responsibilities
Identify and document specific business trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement both for existing or new/potential policies, strategies, processes and standards.
Collect and analyse data on identified business challenges and opportunities and recommend improvements.
Work Closely with IT Project managers to Lead projects and coordinate with other teams to produce better business outcomes.
Collaborate with business Analyst in consolidating digitalization needs from various departments and divisions.
Promote and sustain a digital transformation
Quarterly Update on RRA Business Process Digitalization Status
Conduct risk analyses to proactively identify, address, and monitor risks and issues
Collaborate closely with the Application Unit and Business Analysts to consolidate the annual count of business requirements developed, enhanced, and integrated.
