About the Job
The Project Management Lead role is critical in the Digital Factory for keeping all projects on schedule and on budget. In this role you will take the lead in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and completing projects. You will ensure that project objectives are consistently met by ensuring all stakeholders are in place and understand their roles and objectives and the projects are aligned to business goals.

- Experiences in Agile Project Management and SDLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing projects in collaborations with Product Managers, Developers and business leaders
- Identifying the project goals, critical milestones and deadlines
- Establishing the project scope and determining the most critical tasks
- Estimating the scope of work and the amount of resources (people, budget & tools) required
- Evaluating project strategies and improving them
- Ensuring that all teams have access to the each developer has access to resources and tools required to complete projects
- Managing project schedules, resources, and budget throughout the project lifecycle
- Developing detailed project plans using various tools (i.e. Excel, Notion, smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc)
- Chairing stakeholder sessions such as committees, Sprint Reviews, etc designed to create broad engagement and accountable on DF projects.
- Working w/ team of Scrum Masters to clear obstacles to DF operations overall
- Tracking project delivery performance and effort numerically using fibonacci agile estimation
- Monitoring overall DF team productivity quantitatively
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Project Management, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in a leadership Project Management role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
