The Private Sector Federation invites bidders to submit their proposals to conduct a study to assess the regulatory barriers to business competitiveness in Rwanda
Tender documents may be obtained on any working days from 30 September 2020 in the PSF procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 20,000) to account no 20027934002 in I&M Bank.
A well-presented and sealed offer shall be presented in four copies, one of which is marked “original “shall be presented to Procurement Officer Private Sector Federation not later than 14th October 2020 at 3PM
