Rwanda Investigation Bureau (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by the Government of Rwanda towards the cost of PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES TO RIB. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
Rwanda Investigation Bureau invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES TO RIB for one year under a framework contract.
The tender is divided into the following lots:
Lot 1: Provision of hotel services to RIB- five (5) star category,
Lot 2: Provision of hotel services to RIB- four (4) star category
Lot 3: Provision of hotel services to RIB- three (3) star category
Lot 4: provision of hotel services to RIB- two (2) star category
Lot 5: Provision of hotel services to RIB- One (1) star category.
Tender Documents in English are obtained not later than the bids submission date and time from umucyo.gov.rw upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) to Account Number of RRA opened in any commercial Banks in Rwanda linked to E-procurement system.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security from a Bank or a recognized Insurance Company as stated in umucyo.gov.rw.
Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) through umucyo.gov.rw. After publication of tender notice, any prospective bidder may ask the procuring entity to provide clarifications/explanations as to the content of the tender document within three sixths (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication.
The bid documents must be written in English or French and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline Not later than specified in Umucyo system. Late bids will be rejected by the system.
Bids will be opened automatically by Umucyo system.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement.
