BACKGROUND

The Rwanda Country Office is currently searching a qualified and registered supplier in Rwanda for the provision of cleaning and hygienic products. A one (1) year contract will be offered to the successful bidder.
Please provide a quotation for all the items on the attached list.
HOW TO APPLY:
Interested companies should submit their application documents including:
- The quotation for the above items and clearly indicate the unit price all taxes inclusive
- The RDB company registration certificate and company profile
- The VAT certificate.
- Tax clearance certificate and a copy of the last declaration to RRA.
- 2 recommendations of the prevision of similar products
Note that all bidding documents including the quotation should be in English and that the successful bidder will be able to able to provide EBM receipts when processing the payment.
All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Right To Play Kigali Office – Procurement Committee–“Cleaning Products” by 5pm on Wednesday 2nd September 2020 at the Right To Play Rwanda Country Office located in, No 17, KN 16 Avenue, Kiyovu, Nyarugenge District.
