Provision of Services for Motor Vehicle Driving Skills: Deadline: 03 August 2020

World Vision Rwanda is looking for a qualified vocational training Schools or driving schools to provide pieces of training in driving skills to World Vision beneficiaries.
Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all specialized companies in the field.
We are looking for a vocational training School or driving school with the following qualifications:
1. The service provider must have at least a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in providing trainings to the groups or individuals on the traffic laws and driving practices to enable them to get driving license.
2. The service provider should be able to train both traffic laws and practices in English language.
3. The service provider should have a willing and ability of allocating materials and trainers in Gashora sector, Bugesera District.
Vocational training Schools or driving schools fulfilling the above-required conditions must send an email requesting the terms of reference containing all details to emmanuel_kagorora@wvi.org, gregoire_habimana@wvi.org.
Well printed Proposals written in English, properly bound (technical proposals in one envelope and financial proposals in another envelope) and presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy in sealed envelopes must be deposited at World Vision tender box at the Head Office latest on 3/8/2020 at 10 :00 am. The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements and communication of the opening results will be shared through e-mails to the bidders.
