TITLE: Hiring a company for the provision of services for World Vision Rwanda’ Vehicle and Motorcycles maintenance and repair
TENDER NUMBER: WVR/SCM/SK/IEG/2020/07/94
World Vision Rwanda is looking for a qualified company specialized in the field of the provision of the vehicle and motorcycles service and maintenance for World Vision Rwanda’s fleet. Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all specialized companies in the field.
We are looking for a company with the following qualifications:
- The service provider must have at least a minimum of five (5) years’ reputable operational experience in vehicle and motorcycle service and maintenance services.
- The service provider must provide four (4) certificate of good completion on rendered similar services from a recognized organization
Companies fulfilling the above-required conditions must send an email requesting the terms of reference/tender document containing all details to emmanuel_kagorora@wvi.org or gregoire_habimana@wvi.org, accompanied by a scanned of a prepaid bank slip or money transfer record of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) to the account # 0010083813839701 labeled “WORLD VISION RWANDA” opened at “ECOBANK”.
Well printed Proposals written in English, properly bound (technical proposals in one envelope and financial proposals in another envelope) and presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy in sealed envelopes must be deposited at World Vision tender box at the Head Office latest on 13/08/2020 at 10:00 am. The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements and communication of the opening results will be shared through e-mails to the bidders.
