PUBLIC AUCTION ANNOUNCEMENT:
Bank of Kigali plc would like to invite all interested bidders to participate in the public auction of its buildings located in Rusizi, Rwamagana, where branches are located, and in Nyagatare at the former St Monica.
The auction will take place on site, where each building is located as follows:
- In Nyagatare, the auction will take place on 10th Oct 2025
- In Rwamagana, the auction will take place on 17th Oct 2025
- In Rusizi, the auction will take place on 24th Oct 2025
All interested bidders may start to visit the above-mentioned locations starting on 19th Sept 25 to 9th Oct 25 during working hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm All interested bidders may reach out to the nearest Bank of Kigali branches in the above-mentioned locations for more information.
Note:
All interested bidders will be required to pay one million Rwandan francs as caution fees (1,000,000 Rwf) to participate in this auction; the caution fees shall be refunded after the auction for those whose offer was not considered.
NB: The successful bidder will be required to pay immediately the full amount.
