PUBLIC AUCTION ANNOUNCEMENT:

Bank of Kigali plc would like to invite all interested bidders to participate in the public auction of its buildings located in Rwamagana, where branch is located, and in Nyagatare at the former St Monica.

The auction will take place on 14^th November 2025 at Kigali, BK Head Office, 11h: 00 am.

• All bidders will bring closed envelopes to be opened immediately at the auction date.

All interested bidders may start to visit the above-mentioned locations starting on 4^th November 2025 to 13^th November 2025 during working hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. All interested bidders may reach out to the nearest Bank of Kigali branches in the above-mentioned locations for more information.

Note:

The successful bidder will be required to pay immediately 30% of the building auction cost; the remaining 70% will be paid within 3 working days following the auction date.
