PUBLIC NOTICE OF VEHICLE AUCTION AT BANK OF KIGALI INSURANCE (BKGI) Deadline: 28 October, 2025
The Bank of Kigali Insurance Company (BKGI) is pleased to inform all interested and eligible individuals that it plans to sell, through a competitive bidding process, vehicles that were damaged in accidents as well as slightly damaged replaced spare parts.
The bidding will be conducted through sealed envelopes, which must be submitted to the BKGI Head Office located in downtown Kigali, KN3 Avenue, no later than October 28th, 2025, at 3:00 PM (15h00). The public opening of bids will take place the same day at 4:00 PM (16h00).
The Bank of Kigali Insurance Company (BKGI) reserves the right to reject any bid submission that is below the reserve price or does not meet the required conditions.
Bidders are hereby informed that those who will be awarded the damaged vehicles shall be responsible for all the costs related to the transfer of ownership.
A site visit is also scheduled for interested buyers who wish to inspect the vehicles and spare parts to be auctioned. The visit period will run from October 20th to October 28th, 2025, during working hours, until 2:00 PM (14h00) at the designated storage location of the vehicles and parts.
