ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for the construction of CONSTRUCTION OF RAIN WATER TANK STORAGE COLLECTION FROM THE ROOF OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.
The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid offices located in Gasabo District, Remera sector, Rukiri II cell, opposite Amahoro stadium, Airport side from 28/07/2020 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° : 00040-0043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali.
The mandatory site visit is planned on 06/08/2020 at 10:00. The visit will start from Gisagara District.
Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed enveloppes, to ActionAid International Rwanda offices at Remera not later 13/08/2020 at 10 :30 am. Late bids will be rejected.
The bidder with uncompleted project with ActionAid Rwanda will not be taken in consideration.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:00 AM at the ActionAid conference-room.
