| TENDER NOTICE
The Government of Rwanda has received grant and loan from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of the Kayonza District Irrigation and Integrated Watershed Management Project (KIIWP) and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
The SPIU of IFAD Funded Projects now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services for conducting the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies on 5000ha net command areas in eastern province of Rwanda on behalf of KIIWP Project. Expressions Of Interest (EOIs) will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before 27/01/2021 at 10:30 a.m., local time. EOIs will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at 10:35 a.m., local time. All interested consultancy firms may obtain some complementary information by writing using the e-procurement system not later than ten (10) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of EOIs.
