TENDER NOTICE
FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development Non-governmental organization. FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda currently has programs in Nyagatare, Gatsibo, Kamonyi, Muhanga, and Ruhango districts. FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming approach CFCT (Child Focused Community Transformation) through 4 sectors: Livelihoods, Education, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction.
FH Association RWANDA (FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible national bidders who have Electronic Billing Machine for tender No 006/03/FY21. The tender is composed of 1 Lot:
- Lot 1: Rehabilitation of Kagogo water pipeline and extension of Gaseke water pipeline in Rugasali village of Mwendo Sector, Ruhango District in Southern Province.
This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all Construction companies registered in Rwanda.
The tender document can be sent to the email of interested bidders who wish to submit their bids upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs per lot (10,000 Rwf/lot) through email: fhr-tendercommittee@fh.org This payment should be done to FH Association Rwanda Bank Account N° 4002200337223/RWF opened in Equity Bank. Proof of payment should always have a lot number and the name of the purchasing company. If this information is not on the bank slip, please indicate it manually in the email.
N/B: The deadline for bidders to provide their proof of payment and getting a tender document is from 16th March 2021 to 22nd March 2021 at 5 pm.

Due to the new government COVID19 restrictions where movement between Kigali other provinces and districts of the country is not permitted. Please be informed that bids submission will be done electronically at this email address: fhr-tendercommittee@fh.org
The deadline for bidders to start submitting their bids is from 23rd March 2021 to 24th March 2021 not later than 10:30 AM local hour. Bids that will be submitted before that date and after the deadline date and time will not be considered.
The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements in order to prevent the spreading of the Covid-19 pandemic. Communication of the opening result will be shared through e-mail to the bidders.
FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate
