HAGURUKA inform you that the Tender Ref N° 047/HAG/2020 which was postponed in order to follow the Government instructions to avoid COVID-19 propagations has been resumed.
Please consider this notice as an official communication of reopening the tender and it is scheduled on Friday 26-03-2021 at 3 PM at HAGURUKA KIGALI Office, Located at KIMIRONKO, KG11 AV 95.
Tenders, written in French or English, well-typed, properly bound, and presented in triplicate including one original and two copies, under penalty of being rejected, must reach the HAGURUKA Headquarter at KIMIRONKO under sealed envelope before Friday 26 March 2021, 14H30 (2:30 PM). You can also send your Copy at procurement@haguruka.org.rw
The opening date of tenders in public session will be the same day at 15H00 (3:00 PM) in presence of bidders and or a representative whose want to attend the session.
