AKAZI KANOZE ACCESS (AKA) is a registered National Non-Government Organization (NGO) certificate No 66/RGB/NGO/2016 with a vision of empowering Rwandans with employment-oriented skills and services enabling access to economic opportunities and a mission of providing Rwandan youth with employability skills, capital, and support to take advantage of economic opportunities.
This letter serves as a request for quotation for office security guard, one-day guard, and one-night guard.
We would like to have the quotation with the best offer by your company along with the following documents:
- Definitive work permit from Rwanda National Police
- Copy of Trading License (Registration)
- Copy of Social Security Certificate
- Original, Certified, or online copy of the tax clearance certificate
- Completion certificates for similar rendered services. Having a certificate from NGOs is an added advantage.
- Having the main office at Kigali is highly required for all applicants.
The offers should be submitted to Info@akazikanoze.org with a copy to Jnyirahabimana@akazikanoze.org
Offers must be received on September 16, 2020, no later than 5:00 PM, Kigali time.
