REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRE‐QUALIFICATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, DOCUMENTATION OF SUCCESS STORIES AND BEST PRACTISES, Etc… FOR 2026.
ActionAid Rwanda is a National Organization and an Affiliate Member of the ActionAid Global Federation. It has mission of working with people living in poverty with a focus on women and girls to eradicate poverty and injustice.
ActionAid Rwanda is inviting qualified, reputable companies and service providers to submit their proposals for PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, DOCUMENTATION OF SUCCESS STORIES AND BEST PRACTICES FOR 2026.
The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest is to shortlist legally registered service providers with pre‐requisite qualifications to be considered for contractual purposes to handle the Photography, Videography, Documentation of Success Stories and Best Practices for the ActionAid Rwanda in 2026.
ActionAid Rwanda reserves the right to reject all Expressions of Interest not fulfilling requirements associated with this request. ActionAid Rwanda will in no case be responsible or liable for any and/or all costs associated with the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.
Expressions of interest are requested with the following information:
- A cover letter addressed to Actionaid Rwanda Interim Executive Director,
- Company Profile,
- Company information, including, vendor’s physical address, full legal name, email address, website and contact person,
- Company RDB registration certificate clearly demonstrates legal registration in the category being applied for,
- Valid tax registration certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority,
- Valid clearance from RSSB,
- Valid tax clearance and proof of EBM,
- References from three (3) former or current clients within the past two years.
Well prepared bids written in English in sealed envelope and presented in 2 copies one of which is original with the subject “EOI forPHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, DOCUMENTATION OF SUCCESS STORIES AND BEST PRACTISES FOR 2026” and must be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices at Remera, KG 178 ST, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building not laterTuesday 18/11/2025 at 15 :00 pm. Late bids will be rejected.
