COPEDU PLC is a microfinance institution that provides financial services such as credits and savings to its customers. COPEDU LTD was registered as a Microfinance Company in Rwanda Development Board (RDB) on February 21, 2013, with a certificate to perform microfinance services by the Central Bank of Rwanda (BNR) on 13th/03/2014.
On 25th/01/2019, COPEDU LTD changed its name to COPEDU PLC following the provisions of Law N ° 17/2018 of 13/04/2018 governing commercial companies. This means that COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company that can call on the public for investments as shares.

COPEDU PLC is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced service providers to offer variety of sports activities to its staff. The objective of this initiative is to promote healthy lifestyle, enhance productivity, and reduce the risk of lifestyle- related illness among staff.

Interested service providers are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals, including a competitive service package. Below are the key requirements:

Service scope& Requirements

The proposed package should cater to approximately130 staff based in Kigali
The following sports activities must be included in the proposal:

Gym
Aerobics
Swimming

Proposals must specify venues or locations where each activity will take place. These venues should be easily accessible to staff.
The financial proposal:

The Successful bidder will be paid monthly and strictly based on the verified attendance of employees who participate in sports during that month.

Required Administrative Documents

Copy of Valid RDB Registration Certificate
Valid TAX Clearance Certificate from RRA
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from RSSB

Required Technical Documents

Company profile.
Staff qualifications and relevant certificates.
At least three (3) client references.
Any additional services or value-added offerings
