Request for Proposal (RFP)- Supply of Laptops (Deadline: 26 January 2021)

Kepler is looking for qualified and eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of laptops. Interested and eligible bidders shall refer to a detailed Request for Proposal document attached underneath this announcement as a Pdf document.
Suppliers that have been blacklisted or debarred from participating in tendering proceedings by any public institution or Non-Governmental Organisation on grounds of fraudulent practices, misrepresentation, poor performance, and other malpractices are not eligible to bid for this tender.
All bids must be submitted electronically to procurement@kepler.org on January 26, 2021 between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM local time. The subject heading of the email should be: RFP-insert reference number– Proposal – Bidder Name. Electronic copies are to be submitted in a PDF format. Bidders may submit multiple emails (suitably annotated – eg Email 1 of 3) if attached files are deemed too large to suit a single email transmission. Any late proposal will be rejected.
Proposals will be opened through an online meeting in the presence of Proposers or their representatives who choose to join the online bid opening meeting on January 26, 2021 at 2:30 PM local time.
