SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is seeking bidders to supply following items for BMZ Quality care Project.

LOT 1: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OF FOOD SUPPLY FOR BMZ QUALITY CARE PROJECT BENEFICIARIES:

LOT 2: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION TO SUPPLY HYGIENIC MATERIALS FOR BMZ QUALITY CARE PROJECT BENEFICIARIES:

Offers must be composed of the following :
- – Financial offer of this lot including the transport service to the following distribution and delivery places : Kamonyi (at Gacurabwenge sector office ; Bugesera (at Mayange sector office) and Kicukiro(at Masaka sector, Ayabaraya, Gicaca and Cyankongi Model Villages).
- A copy of RDB registration certificate
- A copy of registration in VAT with a proof of EBM invoices
- At least two proofs of delivery of similar articles/items to other organizations(copy of good collaboration certificates).
