Tender Title: Reviewing the existing Strategic Plan (2017-2021) and developing an M&E system.
Association des Guides du Rwanda (AGR) is a national non-governmental organization with the aim of enabling girls and young women to acquire skills leading to their development and autonomy and to become agents of positive change as responsible citizens.
In order to have a systematic approach to monitoring and evaluating AGR programs and the need to develop sufficient standards and criteria for determining what works, how, and why in different situations and contexts, AGR seeks to hire a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant to support the process of reviewing the existing Strategic Plan (2017-2021) and developing an M&E system inclusive of a customized database to aid in the capturing and analyzing of data, information and project results.
The tender document may be obtained from Association des Guides du Rwanda (AGR) head office located in Gikondo Sector, Kanserege Cell, (KK 39 Ave, No 34) from 17th September 2020 from 09:00 am and 03.00 pm. The bidder should provide a prepaid bank slip of a non- refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw), deposited on account N° 00040-06980814-54, named AGR/UPS-WAGGGS located in Bank of Kigali (BK).
The deadline for the submission is fixed on 28th September 2020 at 3:00 PM at AGR. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the public opening of envelopes will be held virtually. More details will be provided in the tender document.
