INVITATION TO TENDER
The Private Sector Federation invites interested bidders to submit their Proposals to review and update the Internal Rules and Regulations, finance and administration procedural manual, procurement procedural manual, audit policy & procedural manual, human resources policy & procedural manual for the private sector federation
Tender documents may be obtained on any working days from 16 September 2020 in the PSF procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 20,000) to account no 20027934002 in I&M Bank.
A well-presented and sealed offer shall be presented in four copies, one of which is marked “original “shall be presented to Procurement Officer Private Sector Federation not later than 30th September, 2020 at 03:00 PM
