2. Operating license issued by Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority(FDA)

5. Provide at least two references with contact for similar deliveries.

  Evaluation Criteria:

1. Meeting specifications(30%) including warrant period provided for each equipment where applicable.
2. Delivery time (20%)-Specification of the delivery time for each equipment
3. Price (50%): The price  quoted should  be inclusive of  delivery and installation costs of the equipment  to the hospitals indicated below

The successful bidder will have to do the installation of delivered equipment at the above indicated Health Facilities as well as training of the users where necessary.
