	Quotation should be accompanied by the following: Company Registration Certificate VAT registration Certificate Proof of using EBM invoice Valid Tax Clearance Certificate Provision of at least two references with contacts for similar services performed. Any bidder missing any of the above-requested documents will be automatically disqualified.
	Evaluation Criteria: Meeting specifications: 30%, including the warranty period provided. Price: 60%. Indicate the price without import duties (duty free) as we are exempted from customs duties and VAT. Delivery time: 10%

IntraHealth reserves the right to a) reject any and all offers, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, b) waive immaterial requirements, and c)pursue purchasing in a manner that is in the best interest of IntraHealth. The supplier must ensure compliance with these laws in any resultant contract from this RFQ.
