Job Opportunity: Sales and Operations Specialist
Build Centre is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Operations Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and operational processes, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Proactively handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regularly update senior management on task completion.
- Proactively call clients, send follow-up emails, and engage in consistent follow-ups until client engagement is achieved.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the building materials industry.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and provide regular updates without the need for constant supervision.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Additional Information:
- Probation period: 3 months (renewable).
- Salary during probation: RWF 200,000 take-home.
- Post-probation salary: RWF 300,000 take-home.
