Job responsibilities

● Forward correspondences ● Analyze and summarize the documents to be submitted to the DG and Head of Department for approval; ● Identify priority files to be submitted to the managers ● Record, process and file the confidential documents; ● Answer telephone calls for the METEO RWANDA; ● Submit regular activity reports for DHR and Administration; ● Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor ● Be in charge of the Office’s documentation
