Education:

A master’s degree in commerce, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

5 years of outstanding performance in Sales management. With at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Professional/Technical competencies:

Sales & Marketing skills
Customer focused.
IT literacy.

Behavioral competencies:

Team player/builder
Good business sense
Ability to manage self and be a team player, good conflict management, take and manage accountability.
Personal Skills – Trustworthy, integrity and ethical in dealings
