SheScales Program 2025-2026 for Women Entrepreneurs in the U.S.(Deadline: 15 September, 2025)
Applications are open for the SheScales Program 2025-2026. Launched in 2019 by Michelle Cardinal, co-founder and Chairwoman of Rain the Growth Agency, SheScales is on a mission to improve gender equality in the American business landscape by supporting female entrepreneurs as they scale their brands.
The program provides cohort participants with up to one year of consultation on their marketing campaigns and channel strategies, including audits and recommendations for brand strategy, paid and organic social media, email marketing, website content and strategy, CTV, linear TV, audio and more. Current year program participants include ISCO Spirits, Mosaic Makers Collective, and The Laundry Basket LLC.

Eligibility
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a female founder, identify as female, or lead a women-founded or women-led organization;
- Be based in the United States;
- Have an incorporated business;
- Earn at least $100,000 in annual revenue;
- Operate a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business model;
- Demonstrate high growth potential.
Applicants from historically excluded backgrounds, BIPOC communities, or unconventional pathways are highly encouraged to apply.
