More About the Singapore Government Scholarship 2026

The Singapore Government has once again launched its fully funded international scholarship offerings with the Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2026 program. This scholarship is for outstanding students around the world who want to study for a Master’s PhD or a combined Master’s and PhD at five top universities in Singapore. It covers all costs including tuition fees, living expenses and a one-time flight ticket. The program supports research in science and technology and all courses are taught in English. Earlier rounds of the scholarship saw over 950 awards given to students selected from more than 29000 applications across 170 countries. This year around 240 scholarships will be offered to talented applicants.

Scholarship Benefits

  • Monthly Stipend: You receive SGD 2700 each month for living costs. After passing your qualifying exams this amount goes up to SGD 3200 for extra support during your studies.

  • Airfare Grant: You get up to SGD 1500 to help pay for your flights to and from Singapore.
