Soap Machine Line Operator
Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and maintaining machinery 1000 Kgs Capacity/Hr. Used in the soap manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate soap-making machines (e.g., mixers, blenders, extruders)
- Monitor production process, adjusting parameters as needed
- Maintain machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs
- Ensure product quality, checking for texture, color, and consistency
- Follow safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with production team to meet production targets
- Troubleshoot issues and report to supervisors
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field
- Mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Basic math and reading comprehension
- Teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with soap-making machinery
- Knowledge of soap formulation and manufacturing processes
- Certification in machine operation or maintenance
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
- Basic computer skills
