Eligible Nationalities
Applicants must meet one of the following nationality conditions
- Foreign nationals whose parents also hold foreign citizenship (i.e., no Korean nationality).
- Overseas Koreans who completed their entire education outside Korea.
- North Korean refugees with a valid refugee registration certificate.
Eligibility Criteria

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s/Integrated applicants) or a Master’s degree (for Ph.D. applicants), expected by Feb. 2026.
