Job responsibilities

•Assists with the design, development and maintenance of the computer and network infrastructure. • Prior experience and professional degree required. • Entry technician performing Level 3 support • Supports continuous operation of servers running worldwide WAN/LAN network. • Skills include monitoring server activity, daily/weekly backups and virus scans • Serve as technical source for storage & backup related projects, technical escalations and capacity planning/management aspects: • Provide technical escalation/L3 support for Operations; participating in SWAT and on-call rotation • experience working (supporting, implementing, designing) with Storage technology: SAN, NAS • Strong technical writing & communication skills – fluent English both verbal and written. • involved in the computer system design process as well as the installation, monitoring and upgrading processes. • build networks and information storage systems for high-capacity users, which may involve constructing systems that can handle hundreds or thousands of users working simultaneously. • must understand the needs of businesses within government and have strong understanding of different storage technologies Ensure protection of information, maintaining storage backups off-site and providing continuous technical support to all government agencies

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

      0 Year of relevant experience

    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering

      0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications

    0 Year of relevant experience
