Eligibility Criteria for ARICE Scholarship 2025
- The Scholarship is open to all Nationals except the EU.
- Priority is given to citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA states.
- Romanian citizens are not eligible.
- Citizens who have applied for protection in Romania are not eligible.
- Citizens who have a long-term residence permit in Romania are not eligible.

Sholarship Duration
- Bachelor’s: 3-6 years
- Master’s: 1.5-2 years
- Postgraduate/Residency:Â 3-6 years

- Note:Â Dental medicine, stomatology, and pharmacy are excluded from scholarships.
Note for Applicants
- The Ministry of Education and Research makes final scholarship decisions.
- Results are posted on the ARICE website and emailed to successful applicants.
- Letters of Acceptance/Enrollment Orders are issued by the Ministry of Education before the 2025-2026 academic year.
