SummerSchool.ba offers dynamic academic and lifelong learning programs curated with a European-style summer school methodology, all hosted in Sarajevo—an ideal blend of history, culture, and modern scholarship.
Signature Program: “Women, Peace, and Security” Summer School
- Theme: Drawing from the United Nations’ Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) and Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS) agendas, this program equips youth and professionals with both theoretical and practical insights into gender, peacebuilding, and inclusive policy-making.
- Organizers: Hosted by the University of Sarajevo’s Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security, in partnership with UN Women, UNFPA, IOM, and regional UN entities.
- Language of Instruction: English, with no simultaneous translation.
