UNDP Rwanda invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of laptops and multifunction inkjet printers, along with accessories and consumables. The requirements are as follows:

Lot 1: Computer Laptops (17 Units)

• Display: 14″ FHD (1920 × 1080), anti-glare, IPS, 250 nits

• Battery: Lithium-ion, lasting 7–12 hours

• RAM: 32 GB DDR5-3200 MHz (upgradable to 128 GB)

• Resolution: 600 x 600 dpi (copy and scan)

• Connectivity: Ethernet

• Network Protocols: TCP/IPv4, HTTP, DHCP

• Print Speed: Approx. 15–20 ppm

• Operating Systems Supported: Windows and macOS

• Warranty: Minimum 1 year

Additional Items:

• Spare Ink Sets: 28 sets (2 per printer)

• Printing Paper: 14 cartons of A4 paper (1 per printer)
