Business Development Fund (BDF) hereby invites qualified bidders for Supply and installation of Antivirus to BDF. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all eligible companies specialized in the field with a valid trading license.
The tender consists of one indivisible lot.
Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request to “procurementbdf@bdf.rw” with presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 040-0335373-77 of BRD DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK); (only soft copy of tender document will be shared due to measures against COVID 19).
All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 200,000Frw issued by the recognized commercial banks only (bid securities from other financial institutions will be rejected).
The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period and shall be issued by the recognized commercial banks.

Well organized bids written in French or English, properly arranged with page numbers in PDF formats protected by passwords must be sent to “procurementbdf@bdf.rw” not later than 04/03/2021 at 3:00 p.m. prompt local time. Late bids will be strictly rejected. (Only soft copies sent to the above mentioned e-mail will be accepted).
The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
The opening of bids will be online and the responded bidders will be shared with the link where they will follow the opening session and provide their respective passwords in order to unlock their bids.
Online bids opening will be the same day at 4:00 p.m prompt local time.
